Tools you can use between sessions — or on your own

These workbooks were written from 18+ years of sitting with women who were anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, and ready for something to actually change. They're grounded in clinical therapy, written in plain language, and designed to meet you exactly where you are — whether you're in therapy or not.

Food, Mood, & You

An exploration of the deeply personal relationship between what you eat, how you feel, and what your body is telling you. Designed for women who sense that their emotional wellbeing and physical habits are more connected than anyone has ever taken the time to explain — and who want practical, reflective tools to understand that connection on their own terms.

Particularly relevant for women navigating perimenopause and postmenopause, when the food-mood-hormone connection becomes impossible to ignore.

  • Guided reflection exercises connecting food choices to emotional patterns
  • Body awareness tools for tuning into what your physical self is communicating
  • Practical prompts for building a more intuitive, less punishing relationship with food
  • Written by a licensed therapist — not a diet culture workbook

Topics: food & mood, body awareness, hormonal health, emotional wellness

Workbooks & therapy together

More than just a workbook

These workbooks are designed to stand alone — you don't need to be in therapy to use them and get something meaningful from them. But many of my clients use them between sessions as a companion to our work together, and the combination is powerful. The workbook surfaces things. Therapy helps you do something with what surfaces.

Thinking about more than a workbook?

If you find yourself wanting more support than a workbook can offer — someone to actually work through what's coming up with you — I'd love to connect. I offer individual therapy and somatic & body-based sessions for women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the profound shifts of perimenopause and postmenopause in Monmouth County, NJ and via telehealth in NJ, PA, FL, and SC.
