Credentials matter—but so does knowing that the person across from you has genuinely lived some of what you're carrying. Here's the formal side of what I bring to our work together.
The training behind the person in the room
My Therapeutic Perspective
After 18 years in the mental health field, I've learned that healing rarely happens by just talking it out. Real breakthroughs—for women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the identity shifts of perimenopause and postmenopause—often require getting off the couch entirely.
I bring both clinical skill and genuine companionship to every session. Clients regularly raise an eyebrow at my out-of-the-box approaches—sitting on the floor with coffee, a walk-and-talk by the water, standing up mid-virtual-session to shake off the day's tension. These aren't quirks. They're intentional, body-based methods designed to help you feel grounded, present, and ready to move forward.
